Omoruyi Uwadiae's journey through academia and into the upper echelons of business strategy began with a scholarship to Ohio State University, where he excelled in Marketing, Logistics, and Finance, complemented by a minor in Communications. He furthered his education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, completing an MBA with a concentration in Marketing, Strategy, and Economics in just eighteen months while simultaneously working at Procter & Gamble.


His career at Procter & Gamble started in Seattle, where Uwadiae managed as a Category Manager and Growth Analyst. He orchestrated the successful launch of over 200 beauty products on Amazon, dramatically surpassing sales targets. His innovative strategies greatly expanded P&G's market presence. He then enhanced the skincare category as a Senior Growth Analyst in Boston, leveraging deep analytics to drive substantial growth at CVS.
